Mentoring at Swanbourne House
In Year 7 & 8, our Specialist Mentoring Programme supports pupils who excel in areas such as Sport, Drama, Art, Design & Technology, Music, and Academics, providing them with personalised guidance to take their talents to the next level.
Each week, pupils in the programme attend dedicated mentoring sessions led by experienced staff or visiting specialists. These sessions provide tailored coaching, performance feedback and enrichment opportunities that extend beyond the standard curriculum. These sessions could involve developing an engineering project, visiting speakers, deep diving on sports tactics or refining art skills.
