At Swanbourne House School, we are proud of our progressive and dynamic approach to education. Alongside excellent academic foundations, we help pupils develop the skills and character traits they need to thrive at school, in senior education, and in their future careers.
To make these skills engaging and meaningful for our younger pupils, we created the Swanbots — a set of fun, cartoon characters introduced in Manor House (Reception to Year 2). Each Swanbot represents an essential learning behaviour, from resilience and teamwork to creativity and reflection.
The Swanbots give pupils a visual and interactive way to recognise their own strengths as learners, and to see how skills like perseverance, collaboration and independent thinking apply every day. They feature throughout classrooms, in displays, lesson activities and reward stickers that celebrate progress.
All the Swanbots were named by Swanbourne House pupils.
